Bourbon. Peach. Jam. Homemade bourbon peach jam alone is the most important ingredient in this cake. This 6" simple vanilla cake has layers of brown butter icing and homemade bourbon peach jam with swirls of raspberry jam packed in between the thick three layers. It is then covered in brown butter icing and topped with delicious peaches and fresh raspberries. 
 
This cake generously feeds 12 to 15 people and will be readily available the entire month of August.
